1959 Bel Air VIN decode help

Hi Guys

I know this is mostly a Pontiac site but I'm hoping someone can help me with a Canadian 59 Chevy VIN.  The vin is 9151120063.  Is ten digits correct for the VIN?  From what I've been able to research I think it's:

9- 1959

15- Bel Air L6

11- 2 door sedan

2- St Therese Quebec, Canada

0063- ???? I know this is suppose to be the production sequence number but theres only 4 numbers.

I could only find US vin info so I'm not sure this is correct.  Any help is appreciated.

Bill Watson in Catalog of Canadian Car ID Numbers shows all 59 Cdn Chevs being made in Oshawa.( no factory designation in the serial number )
The consecutive serial numbers for a BelAir L6 2dr sedan start with 9151100001 so yours is the 20063rd car made.

Thanks for clearing that up for me.  I was using the US decoding because I couldn't find the Canadian info.
