Thanks for the welcome, I pretty much over estimated how hard it would be to remove the sticker. I went out this morning, got under it a little with my nail and it peeled right on up so once the sun goes down I'm gonna go back out and wipe along the border where the sticker was with a alcohol towel and I'm think that will set me straight. Thanks for the help, and please every1 keep the advice and info coming...
I have always used one of those shop blades and, in my case, GM glass cleaner... Soak it down and start peeling using the cleaner as a lubricant so you don't etch the glass...
Very nice, but you need to lose the bowtie sticker on back window as it's not a Chevy but a Pontiac.
Welcome here from the center of Canada.
For the record, you will find a very serious debate with many people saying it is not a Pontiac either. It was sold at Pontiac dealers but doesn't say Pontiac on it anywhere.
You will find if you search on this site there is hours of reading material debating if it is or isn't a Pontiac!

Hi welcome over here! (I've been responding on the TC website).... You've made a great choice with buying your beaumont-custom! I'm sure you'll turn some heads and have some great conversations about the Beaumont down there!
Best line I ever got on my 69 had to be at an autocross event at Evergreen Speedway in Washington state.. Going through the tech inspection and one of the inspectors, a BIG man from Oklahoma, says "Boy..what the HELL did you do to your Chevelle ?" You should have a bunch of those type comments comming..
Hey AK thanks for coming over. Yeah I'm looking fwd to getting out here and talking with different owners and collectors. Typically when I spend a certain amount of money on things, a week later I question rather I should have purchased it but this 1 I feel good about...
That was pretty funny racer, these things are so rare around here that the appraiser that I had come out didn't believe that I even knew what I had when I called him. He said he's been appraising cars sense 1985 and this was his 1st beaumont.
