Hey guys,

Just checking in, this seems to be the best place on the web to find Acadian info, which why I'm here. I recently picked up my 1968 Acadian, which was recently restored. It a red Acadian with a 307ci, T10 (not orig-I know), 3.07gears and she's clean. I call it a 68 1/2 as it has some 69 pieces on it.wink

Welcome and We'll have to meet somewhere, not too many Toronto guys on here. I've been to the Canadian Tire cruise in NewMarket before, takes me about 45 to 50 minutes from downtown Toronto.

Ray - sounds good, any others cruise nights north of t.dot that you attend? Also, not sure if I will be able to make it but... Heard there is a big one in Uxbridge at the GM dealer this Thursday. 200+ cars... I think it's their 50th anniversary celebration.

Howdy neighbor, from Toronto. Your Acadian looks very nice. I love that it still has the correct grille paint detail, Acadian sail panel emblems & back end nameplate, plus the 307 V8 fender callouts. Are you looking for the center "A" for the grille?

Yeah, I'm not sure which hood emblem it's needs - 1 maple leave, 3 maple leaves of the big A. Hard to find original pictures from 68/69. Any suggestions where to find original pics?? And then emblems... :) Kev

 I will make special trips to meet fellow CP'ers, but this Thursday not in the cards. Monday night in Thornhill is a good compromise for us, I can get there on a Monday in 45 minutes.
