driven daily from Ajax to Toronto recent, starter, alt, rear springs, front tires and some front end parts, brakes and ebrake cable, front pipe, windshield washer motor, etc. Car is a driver, yes it has bondo. Interior is near mint car drives amazing low miles has a 1973 250 6cyl 2 speed auto. This is a great rain car or can be a rat rod . Everything works including back-up lights and e-brake
Am always perplexed by what guys do ( or don't do ) before they spray a car. In this case he sprayed over the 6cyl emblems but removed then replaced the Rumble emblem. Go figure.
Re: Painting over emblems. Reaching the speed nuts on the back panel through the open trunk is easy to reach; however the "6" emblems on the front fenders are another story. Still, how hasty does one have to be to paint over emblems like that? A little bit of shell blasting should work to remove paint without wrecking the emblems
Nice and light, simple, and economical. A 250 would actually be peppy in that car.
Power steering! Pretty uncommon in those cars. It would be the linkage boost type like the early Mustangs. That type is not known for great road feel.
Its funny how much more interesting those cars are now that cheap beaters are scarce. You don't know what you've got till its gone.

doesn't look like the trunk area was painted-just appears spray bombed on the fenders/rockers

The bondo job is a quick & dirty, wavy gravy one also.
