Try Ammes Pontiac USA, they re-pop them for US cars & could be the same for Cdn. one as well
Yep, Ames Performance might have them ... they have them for my '64. In my case they were listed for a different year/make of American Pontiac.

There are reproduction pieces in the Ames Performance catalog for both the nose and trunk lid. There is also a repro on eBay, but the shipping charge is terrible.
