ive got some seriously rusty spots on my 'new' 66 strato chief wagon and wondering if theres any good pieces out there...its the area behind the front wheel wells and all around the rear wheel wells and all the way back to the bumper...thanks
I'm not sure how I missed this when you first posted it.
Have you checked with any of the suppliers, like NOS at the top of the page maybe? It seems to me I've seen lower patches available for these, but not sure where..

ive been offline for a few days so i missed this one, and yes it was the flu bug agian, wagon body panels are unique to wagons and i do not think will be reprod, i am currently makeing up wagon patch panels and bucks up if thats any help
you do realize that a sedan is not even close as far as shape or angles or size, the inner panels are a important part of fit and strenght, your drivers side holds a 20 gallon gas tank and it has to be strong, 7pounds per gallon x 20 gallons=140 pounds of fuel sloshing around.
ya i know, there are big differences, but i just couldnt pass them up, we'll see how it goes,,,it could be a big challenge alright, the real bad side is the passenger with no tank, the tank side just needs the bottom section below the crease....i'll keep you posted
post some pics, i have a template made for both sides it might be easier, not that i dont like a challenge but i tried that route and it didnt work out well for me.
