Yea, it almost looks like the car is jacked up and the wheels are just sitting there. There isn't any clearance between the top of the tires and the wheel opennings, so don't expect the tires to last long.
The wheels are just leaning against the car's mounted wheels.
It is still ONLY a Pinto.
