Up for sale we have a very unique CN Rail Car or Caboose
Its on my front lawn of my property and is pretty cool. I believe its dates to arounds the 1970's, the # of coboose is 79592 and I was told that its in great shape. (although the floor
has a soft spot in one of the corner inside the caboose.)
It has a kitchen in it, couch living room type area, bathroom, eating area in the kitchen, a office desk area and 2 area's one level up with windows and swivel chairs. It has a old heating stove that I am sure would have to be replaced, but it sure would make a great bed and breakfest, Hunt camp, cottage or hand out. Right now the teenages hang out in it and love it of course. The writing on the walls is 80% removable. A little are work in cleaning, some paint, and some new furniture and you have a new apt.
We were told that the train weights 32 tonnes. You are responsibale for all costs to getting it moved and transported.
Could also make a great Fry Truck.
$14000.00 or O.B.O
705-720-2844 or 705-790-5352 and ask for Jim or Tosca
Unless you have it on the front lawn like the current owner!
I like it!

So does Scugog Township's By-Law dept.!!! No sense of reality or humour!!!!! I thought it would be cool beside the garage & make a good extra bedroom for guests!!!!

Don't know about that, if that was here on the island, I wouldn't hesitate buying it, very sought after pieces of history. Always remember that one man's junk is another man's treasure, it may do nothing for you, but to others its gold! That being said, anybody coming to B.C. with an empty heavy duty trailer lol
