Your best bet would be to contact GM of Canada Vintage Vehicles Services. Give them your VIN and they'll send you a document containing the build date of your car, selling dealer, options and production numbers. It's worth it's weight in gold. Your car would have been sold to a Canadian dealer. Perhaps the owner retired to the south and brought the car with them?
