Model just sold for 350 dollars,  pretty good for a cubsider with no engine or detailing

If anyone wants to buy my 67 scratch built one-off for 475+shipping it could be for sale

Dave, I'd buy it but I don't know how to drive a standard...

Seriously, it would not be a complete shock that somebody would pay you that much for your one of one model.

Beautiful model Dave ! In Cheetah form it's more detailed, better poportioned and casted correct then the 65 that just sold. I kept looking at it but will stick my three fitty into some parts for my big model.

The 64 looked a little more correct then the 65. Dave, Yours looks even more detailed and correct then the pair of them. If you notice how the seller attains these prices he has set a reserve that only one buyer pushes it too. For note it appears as if it may be the same buyer as the 65. Just like any auction if two guys want it then who knows what they may pay but if only one guy wants it...... It looks like the reserve was set at $350 for the 65 and $400 for the 64. The buyer of both waited until the very end (4 seconds left), likely using a proxy bidding tool and put what ever crazy $ figure in as he knows he will only outbid the next highest buyer by the minimum bid or if no one else bids he will hit reserve and it sells at reserve. Highest bidder may have entered $400 $500 $750 you just don't know but all he'll pay is what the reserve is set at or the minimum bid more then the next closest. NOT what crazy number he enters. Now if two guys do the same thing......it gets interesting.  I say all this in hopes that you get a good dollar for yours if that's what you chose to do.
