I know the ad says it currently has a later Pontiac 350 under the hood, but do I see 400 numerals on the rockers?

Yes. The ad mentions the matching number 400 is included in the sale.

Sorry Todd, the page is wider than my screen resolution and I guess I just got lazy and didn't scroll to the right. If I had, then I wouldn't have speculated on the 400. ashamed.gif

 I wonder if it was a 400 2-barrel or a 4-barrel? Either way it would be sweet, although the 4-barrel version, besides the better carb, also has larger valves.

If the 400 is still usuable. I'm wondering why it got swapped out to a 350? To save wear on the original engine, does it need a freshening, or is it "done".
