Is this a requirement for the BC collector plates? I have been thinking of applying also but was not sure about the rules. I heard  that you can use any era correctwheels including Cragars orthe old style Torque Thrust with the charcoal spokes?

hub caps...  or wheel covers....or  wire wheel covers.......  look at brochure in Library

one of my 68 sd cars came from the dealer with TT D wheels, i havent applied for bc collector plates yet, it will be interesting to see what they have to say.

I'm not too sure when those wheels were made, Lefty. They look like maybe mid to late 70's or even 80's.

I was told the D's would be ok as you could purchase them at that time. This is what they say:

change your wheel size (not more than one inch taller and wider)

upgrade your tires from bias ply to radials

 install era correct wheels and hubcaps
