Very nice car, but at $400,000.00 will it ever sell?

The owner says this: This is the one car in my collection I have said I would NEVER sell! (Okay so I changed my mind).

WOW! Ya...........no! I have to admit,that is a nice car.I always was and am a fan of the 65 chevelle,El Camino,or Beaumont.My first Beaumont was a 65 SD. 400K, don't like them that much,one car I always wanted was a 63 Fuelie Vette,probably my all time favorite,Split or ragtop,does't matter.

over the years  i have noticed that  , and  there are 2 categories  of  buyers , or observers   1  the  connaisseur   2  the  detail ignoring type

actually   some  sellers think  they  could  sell about  anything.........hmmm    not shure about  that ! like rebelrouser wrote, the  v i n  on this  thing  doesnt  even  match

Why would he bother to advertise on E-bay ?? (other than to brag )

Why wouldn't one of the Z16 gurus step up?

400g is chump change to the high rollers  (e.g. at B-J)

Well,I did some checking and this car -in my opinion-is questionable. The vin that's listed denotes to the ONLY ragtop Z16 made!!! Go to the Z16 registry website and go to the #60 vin and it has a "67" in the vin which denotes ragtop. My BS radar is going off.And I could be wrong.Something just doesn't jive.

Yeah, I'd rather spend less for a cloned car and drive the fun out of it.

Car is way over priced even for B.J. buyers. Have seen acouple of nice ones sold at B.J. and Russo around $200k and that was acouple of years ago when market was stronger than today!

maybe  it was an option?
keep  them  coming     let  the purists talk !! you  cant  blame  a seller for  trying..........the market  and  waiting  time  will determine  the price  of  this  gem , but  i highly suspect  400 g
