This 1957 Pontiac Laurentian Convertible benefits from an outstanding, frame-off rotisserie restoration performed to exacting levels of detail and authenticity. The beautifully prepared body is highlighted by an attractive yellow finish, excellent and extensive brightwork, and complemented by a yellow and silver two-tone interior treatment. Exterior accessories include rear fender skirts, a Continental spare tire kit, and dual exhaust outlets, while the interior includes power windows, a pushbutton-operated AM radio, and a clock. In addition, the Laurentian is powered by a 283 cubic inch V8 engine with a Powerglide automatic transmission, and the highly detailed engine bay, underbody, and suspension are every bit as impressive as the exterior of the car. MY BEAUMONT HAS 4 STUDDED TIRES AND 2 BLOCKHEATERS......AND LOTS OF OIL UNDERNEATH.  The other one has a longer roof.

My Grade 8 teacher drove one to work most days. I still see her and her husband at our dealership sometimes and I often remind him how foolish he was to let that car go for under 1,000 bucks in the middle 70's. I have NO idea where it went. I'm not a big fan of stuff before the 60's, but what a beautiful 50's car. One of my favourite cars, for sure.

Guess I'd get shot if I mentioned Big block, blower sticking up thru hood & 5 spd. conversion???? X frame threw me but I'm "thunkin" rag top diff. frame??? Long Stroke "George" likely just had a "HEART A STROKE"!!! settle down George, just kidding, too nice of a car for that change!!! Pete
