Beautiful car but 100,000 beautiful.Apraissed value 100,000,divide in two for actual value 50,000,in a hurry to sell, maybe 30,000 if hes lucky. Not knocking the car its a beauty but bad market, bad time of year, bad economy.I know of another fully restored 54,appraised at 25,000,started at 15,000,down to 8000 and still not a serious bite on it.Best of luck to him,its his,so I guess he can ask whatever he wants for it.

Nice car, nice colours!

Sorry to say, but he will likely:

A) be forced to take it with him (no sale at that price).

B) be forced to take a bath on his price (2 weeks to sell a car in the "dead season")

It's not long ago those cars were bringing 60K plus in the US at least. It's not impossible there's still someone rich out there who just has to have it. I know if money was no object for me, I'd buy it in a heartbeat. That is pretty much my all time favourite 50's car right there.
