White Rock! Welcome,I spent alot of time there,gorgeous beach,nice breeze with the ocean air.Use to be a good place to cruize,but now that fun is illegal pretty much anywhere in B.C. I don't get there at all anymore.Ahhhh yes,when love was free,I use to dig that man.Welcome aboard my friend.( In the voice of he dude of Fantasy Island, Real Corinthian leather!   Riberto Maltalban.

When i moved to Vancouver from Pentiction in the 70's i was offered my grandmothers home on BunaVista
with a view of the pier for $8000 but thought "who wants to live in White Rock"
what a big mistake that was...
Cannot wait to see pics of your find..

Just imagine the price of an old shack on BunaVista now! My gramma use to own the land behind the Boathouse restaurant on the beach, she kicks herself for ever selling it many years ago!
