......nicely restored but a few things wrong for a low mile truck that I see.
First, 1953 did not have a side cowl vent, those were 47 - 50 only. The headliner is wrong too. Part brake I gotta check but that I think is wrong too. So obviously the cab was changed to a older one . The doors are 51 up so truck might be a 53 but I see no serial tag on the door post, it is missing . 3/4 tons had a box 7'4"" ,
he writes 9 footer, maybe he misprinted that one as 9 is too long for a one ton also. Ever notice how GM didn't center the rear axle in the wheel opening on these trucks, looks funny.
heres a stock 49 you can see the advertised truck is a 9 foot bed maybe a fire truck at one time or a 1 ton
