Came across this car today, chatted with the owner for a few minutes, located in Blaine Wa. right on the Border near Vancouver, car has 327 with a turbo 350, body is solid, he says there is some rust underneath
I have heard of sedan deliveries made with side glass, which makes it a wagon - almost. There would be no rear seats, but the biggest clue is the tailgate. Wagons have a 2-piece talgate with glass swinging up and the tailgate dropping down. The sedan delivery however has a 1-piece tailgate that swings up (the whole thing).

Very interesting. I had assumed it was a wagon until I saw the 1-piece tailgate. Up until now I thought that only Ford did sedan deliveries with side glass.
Looked a little to see if there was any literature online, but the only thing I found was a comment in another forum:
This is a rare piece. I have seen it in person. This is a sedan delivery with a one piece liftgate and the rear side window package added. Has a proper sedan delivery ID tag. One of 682 produced and made in Canada only. Even rarer with the added windows. Probably less than a dozen 57 deliveries left on the road. Nice car. Pat

They did the same thing with Chevs, right up to 59 I believe
