Truck spent most of its life in Grande Prairie. Came to NS in 2010. It is a custom camper that actually had a camper on it for many years, so not a farm truck. Still has the original wood in the box. Only 128000 miles, 307 turbo 400 trans. This is an unrestored original panel, some original paint mathing numbers truck. New parts include rad, heater core, shocks, wheel bearings, brake shoes and drums, booster. Has p/s and p/b. Only advertised on CP it will not be on kijiji for at least 3week

The GMC 920 was a Canada-only designation through 1969.  For 1970 it would have become a 2500 series like the U.S. trucks.

On the trucks the TH400 trans was available even on the 307, and yes, even with the sixes. That was true from the mid-60s into the early 70s.

I would have thought the Custom Camper, 8 lug wheels and heavy suspension would have been a 350 or BBC.  My Dad's , 72 I think, was a 400 V-8.
