Hmm i agree not a 19k car,must have used the self appraised factor seen this before on forums Kijiji etc where owner says valued at.... The market is tough and the desirable more main stream cars will always sell. Hard to put a number to it. Very nice survivor make a killer sleeper.

Car is in great shape, and I always love these things - but really, $19k?? No way. "Maybe" $8k but only to the right buyer as this will certainly have limited appeal. Not trying to be a jerk at all, but this is not possibly a $19k car... But if someone proves me wrong I certainly won't be upset!
Rat Boy and 73-77 Colonnade affectionado chiming in. Have to say that seeing a car in this original condition and low mileage is incredible, it looks mint from the photos. Someone might pay a premium for this aspect of the car. Arguably the most rare and desirable model of this era is the '77 Can Am and at Barrett Jackson one got $22K a few years ago before the old car market tanked. 1973 GTO's the rarest GTO rarely approach $10K. Luxo Barges like this were the least desirable in 73 and still are today. Rat Boy thinks that our Head Poncho Honcho has nailed the right number. That is ashame but that my friends is reality.
Have to agree with Rat Boy. Couple of years ago a friend bought a 30,000 mile 73 up from Georgia ( off eBay ). When he tried to sell it there was little interest, even though it was a more desirable colour than this one. He did eventually sell it but around 6.

'64 Parisienne CS "barn find" - last on the road in '86 ... Owner Protection Plan booklet, original paint, original near-mint aqua interior, original aqua GM floor mats, original 283, factory posi, and original rust.
Oshawa built with an orange engine. That thing sure is a nice example, no fading on any interior pieces and the vinyl top looks great with no lumps underneath. Even the engine compartment looks untouched and correct. Still that generation has somewhat limited appeal. If you like that generation GM intermediate, forget trying to restore one. Your best bet is to find a mint original, which this car is.

yes, $5500 sounds right, And really nothing wrong with that! I bought a similar vintage and condition Parisienne (35000 original kms, every part still original survivor car) for $2995 about 7 years ago. I'm a sucker for awful colour combos on these old barges so the yellow on yellow is a big plus for me (I'm nuts, yes). I like this car... Showed my wife and she hates it!! I've brought home a few too many oddball vehicles over the years I guess...Monetary value does not determine how cool a car is, $5500 is a good price for this old Poncho.
