What a beautiful car! I didn't realize the battery was located under the car. You'd think they'd freeze in the winter and I'm sure many got smoked by road hazards!

Was actually a quite common position for the battery. My 40 Packard hangs down like that below the drivers seat.
Just a absolute gem of a car.
