Well hit a bit of a snag in this build. As it turns out you can't just use any old rochesters, The correct Rochesters to use are the ones with 1 7/16 " bores.
Sure do Sir, if you take a look at the first picture; in the large mess of parts you will see the Speedway motors Tri power kit along with linkage that will convert the outer two carbs and update the jets and internals of the center carb. I plan to document the entire process with step by step pictures so please bear with me.
Yeah there are no Fuel bits, I have the carb currently on the car which is side port, the one in the picture that's side port, and the one that is rear port. I will be making all my own lines and will use the rear port carb until I can find another side port carb. As it goes it seems to be hard to find these side port small base 2GC's few and far between.
I may get some pictures posted tonight however no promises.
I guarantee after building and running and playing with a few tri power set ups-mainly on 348s the only carbs that work properly are correct tri power carbs not made up ones. They will never perform like the proper ones will I'm sorry to say. No small block Chev ever came with tri power anyway, better off running dual quads-it'll make more power and perform better.
You can also follow along with stacy Davids you tube two part video with the same kit. But its nice to follow along with a members step by step build and and real problems that might show up.

Well considering that the original Tri power carburetors where just modified 2gc's I don't see why aftermarket bits would be any different. Plus speedway motors being a reputable speed shop I can't see them tarnishing their reputation by offering a product that didn't do exactly what was advertised.
either way I don't have a "real" tri power to compare it to, so this build will be the best running tri power I will have ever driven ;)
Don't worry I'll let you know how awesome it is when I'm done.
