Temperature sending unit - wiring

Hi

My temperature sending unit is not connected.

Someone know how  the 2 wires should be attached to the unit?.

Thanks!

Have you got a gauge or a light, that sender is for a gauge, different, and if it's off your 60 and has a light, those also had a cold light therefore the two wires.

Yes, I would agree that is completely wrong for a 60 with that wiring connector. It needs to be two flat upright pins to go in that connector and as Gerry stated, one for a cold light and one for the hot light.

Its a gauge with a cold and hot light.

The sensor was in the car when I got it, and it looks as it has been there for some years.

Can you send me a link on the rigth sensor.

Thanks
