As stated in the heading, NOS blades (Trico design) and used wiper arms. The arms look fine, just dull. Splines look good, don't see any bends, kinks, flaws.
GM used 2 styles, Anco or Trico. Trico clips in from the end. You will need to have the Trico design wipers on your car now to use this stuff. This in only the arms and the refills, not the whole thing.

$20 total plus actual mail costs?
GM current list price on each of the refills is $9.27 each, so you would be paying $1.46 for these arms if you pay me $20 for the lot!

Cleaning off the shelves. We are starting to talk about moving off the farm in about 3-4 years and I have WAY too much junk. There's going to be a lot more listed...

I'll definitely take them if you have them......didn't feel right putting those Chinese made ones on the mint Trico arms when all I needed was the right refills!!! I see the GM part number on the package so I can take that to my local GM Parts guy!
You will be better off buying them locally if you can because there would be mail charges if you get them from me. Let me know if it won't work out for you there though.

Otherwise I can pick them up from you Carl and bring them back and my next door neighbour routinely goes to the Island and can drop them off for Kevin. Sounds complicated but would actually be quite simple. My neighbour has taken a few parts there already for me.
The ones I have should do the job I think. Do you happen to have a single speed wiper motor? I have a two speed but a guy has been asking me for one and I can't seem to find one around here.

Sorry, I don't. My 64 GTO rag (clone) was a single speed. I can try to remember to check with my neighbour who has Beaumonts and Chevelles.
