I agree, I never understand when I deal with guys out of country who will use mail to ship, yet say they won't mail to Canada? A few times, I've explained it to guys what's involved. They've responded once they shipped and typically the comment will say how easy it was. Many guys refuse just out of ignorance as to how little extra it actually takes, all of a minute or two to fill out a form. They seem to think they will have to pay all kinds of duties, fees, taxes or whatever to ship to Canada.

Understood. There are a number of times I question these things but in the end it all seems to come down to "where you stand depends on where you sit". While I'm eager to get certain parts and I question why sellers can't make it easier for me, they seem to have more interest in making it easier on themselves. Which I don't always understand if they are in the business of selling these parts, but more understandable if they just want to quickly and easily get rid of something. (Which seems to be the case of this seller as it is an unbelievably fair price.)
