Hey there everyone! I just bought back my old car after 13 years... 1968 2 dr ht Beaumont deluxe.  Green exterior ivy gold bench interior. 

Lueger68 introduced me to this site. Lots of great info so far after a quick browse around. I will be doing a bunch of freshening over the winter and will no doubt use this place as a resource. 

so excited to have my baby back. I'm now both the second owner and fourth owner of this survivor car.

Hey Chris welcome aboard bud!!! Glad you signed up , I knew Chris and a few of his friends in the late 90's into the early 2000's. We all had muscle cars and where in our early 20's lots of good times! Especially Chris buying the same car as me !! Anyway long story short they moved back home to NL then to Alb. I hadn't seen them I appx 12 yrs but always kept In contact via phone etc.

When I heard Chris and Sheldon were coming back to buy his old girl back from the guy we know who he sold it to , I said you guys are crashing at my place for sure!! We had a awesome visit and had a lot of fun catching up!!!

Lots of great people on here Chris ! I have been on 4 yrs now and have made some great friends from this site so enjoy and I will put up some pics for you as well!

Thanks guys nice to be part of something bigger than yourself!

i bought this car from the original owner not long after I got out of high school. I bugged him daily to sell the car but he refused forever. Finally a prop broke on his boat and he sold it, unmolested, to me for ... $800. 

What a deal. Car had been sitting in his carport for 15 years. Needed points, plugs, brake fluid flush, tranny fluid, an oil change and a set of tires!

Luckily it's still has the original 327 been freshened up but nothing wild power wise. I also have the original power glide here but the Trans has been replaced with a TCI turbo 350. It's all kept cool with an aluminum rad and a set of electric fans. Out back it's still open diff with what feels like a 3.08:1 ratio. Car needs interior, suspension and body work but as had been said earlier its a driver and really happy to be lucky enough to get the car back.
This car has been quite the traveler. I drove from Vancouver BC to St Johns NF. The kid who bought it from me drove to Reno NV for the hot August nights car show this summer.
Thanks for posting those pictures Lueger68. Those were some good times!
