Welcome to the site! I was a great fan of your father, Don Percy. I remember him coining the phrase "Thunder-fuddling-Bay" back in the days of amalgamation. He was always pushing the envelope with his jokes. Tame by todays standards but rather risque back then!

Was Don Percy cruising downtown Hamilton Ontario in July 1960?

Love the car!! Never seen one before but the combination of all the bright work with and all that glass....awesome machine ( and endless polishing I'm sure). Has to turn heads everywhere you go. Ride with pride!!smilesmile

Welcome from Coquitlam BC. That is one cool looking car I really like the rear section tail and the wrap around rear window LOOKS GOOD.

strathmore sure sounds familiar im sure my older brother would know right where that is. i was born in 56 so i was quite young  . my grandparents  house was the one right beside the church at woodbine and wolverleigh  blvd im sure it was 362  wolverleigh blvd. the yard was permanentaly full of confetti from the weddings .we moved to peterborough until i finished grade 6 but all  holidays and summers were in toronto.for grade 7-8 we were back in toronto at young and eglington and i went to hodjkins junior high at mount pleasant and davisville.my grandparents both lived into there 80,s they both died at home in that house  at wolverleigh. my uncle sold it for 100 something thousand, it was rough shape. im told it would be worth close to 1 million  today?? in 1969 we moved to port arthur now thunder bay so my father could teach the radio program at confederation  college and he also did the  morning show at the radio station.
