1968 Impala SS427 Fastback $5995 Running #s match Original Z24 and Z03 double fuel line car SOLD DECEMBER 2 2013

This is another project car I will NEVER get around to doing - thinning out the herd a bit

1968 Impala SS427 Fastback

Original numbers matching 385hp 427 runs well

TH400, 12 bolt,

Genuine original SS427 (RPO Z24) car.

PS, AC, (manual drum brakes!!) tinted glass, 8 track, buckets, console.

Off road since '73. Needs full restoration and rust repair.  Frame is very solid.

I DO NOT have the original hood for this car.

Will consider trades for BC registered 3/4 truck and camper or BC registered fun 1950s cruiser.

Thanks

Hi Carl - I put the price in the title: $5995. Hope that is OK

Interesting to compare this car with my 427 Parisienne I recently had for sale:  Both cars are correct #s match running 1968 427s. Both cars need rust repair, but  the Parisienne needs LOTS more (like a frame).  The Impala has buckets console (the Poncho is bench), the Impala has good frame and easy to find parts for it - probably a lot easier to sell than the CPoncho as well.

Either car would make a good project - Unfortunately, I have collecting all these cool 427 project cars and ignoring my core collection.  Its time to change that up - so these are going to new homes.
