The first thing i would do to this sweet time machine, is a set of wide white radial tires, then a factory sun visor. Next would be dual spot lights and get rid of those tacky door mirrors. Nice car for give away price and sadly that is just a sign of the times. I hope she goes to a good home with someone that can appreciate her. Cheers. George.

While we are at it, also dual carbs on a Fenton intake and finned aluminum flat head (head).

That car has been listed forever. It's just not selling, and it's not because of price because that is a deal. I just wonder if the next generation will be interested in these cars?

several generations have been here and are NOT interested

I like them as we has a 1952 in 1959

theses later generations will be restoring Dodge Colts and Datsun 1200's

they will only be collecting pictures of them, unless they were stored in climate controlled garages...not many have survived the rust and where are the parts going to come from.

just pictures I'm afraid.

Unfortunetly not a high demand car,but if I wasn't in the middle of my 1949 project i'd be all over this one.Fun cars to drive, fairly easy to work on,and yes parts are still out there. In fact a ton of them on places like ebay, ecklers early chevy among others.I've managed to dig up all the parts I've needed for my 49 fleetleader and there have been some obscure pieces let me tell you.Sometimes half the fun is the parts chase. This car looks like a real solid piece get in and drive it to shows. No it won't due 130kmh down the road, its a pain to park with the manual steering, you've got to plan ahead and pay attention with the manual brakes but their a hoot to drive.Someone please grab this one,a screaming deal into the car hobby.

I have to admit my 54 Chevy with the inline 6 and 3 on-the-tree trans was one of the most fun to drive old cars I ever owned.
