Beautiful restoraton, the L79 with 4sp must have been a great find. Your car is top notch and a Canadian car must really bring the on-lookers at the U.S. car shows.

A 2 door post would be unusual     Imagine a 327-350  3 speed on the column  lol   Imagine

It's funny Herb, I'm looking at these pictures and remember telling you when you bought the car that you wouldn't drive it very long with a 6 cylinder Powerglide. I know you too well....

I recall you saying something like "No, I'm gonna leave it as a fun little driver with the 6". I bet it wasn't a week later the phone conversation went something like "I just CAN'T drive this thing any more as a 6 cylinder!"

You have a great imagination 427 carl.

and experience     We always has Chevy II 's here      Several with straight axles     One Gold two door Post with 327-275 speed on the column'

and today  in 2014     There are two  66 327-350 Hardtops being restored  1 a "real" Chevy II and 1 a real Acadian Canso

Imagine a 2 door today with 3 speed stick  (as in original owner couldn't afford the 4 speed )
