Yes it is totally correct geoff,  i had the same one on my car,  you can buy them from Jim Osborn reproductions,  it just says 283 econoflame with no hosepower callout

There must be another Beaumont out there that is too far gone that still has a dash that could be of some use.

That car needs a lot of parts and metal work, but it looks able to be saved. The paint apparently is Saddle Tan, a stock 1964 colour.

For the money,I'm seeing alot of good pieces and parts,some of the trim and so on can't be too easy to find,I think it's a good buy if you could shave something off of the price.

 Totally agree,   great car!,  like i said if it was in winnipeg i would be all over it,  i would try to get it as cheap as possible,  but at least the guy is not asking 5000 for it. would be great for about 1000,  then once a person got it home they could decide to fix or part out,  at 1000 you could go either way.  Fantastic parts on this car, including the rare PS brackets,  custom side trim,  great car.
