GM Production Car (s) build Sheets

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone shed some light on this subject,  I have been researching, but to no success.  I have been told that GM can,  or did, provide build sheets for collectors if they provided GM with tags numbers.

Any comments, or if anyone has contact coordinates for the person at GM, I would appreciate the info.
