Your hard work and craftymanship. Looks so good.

Thanks for all the work you put into the thread.

It's like waiting for the next  TV  episode,   what happens next.

Hope the producers  don't end the  show!

Thanks Guys and don't worry Mark...there's always reruns.wink

Since I ran the exhaust between the tank and leaf I have to put the hanger right at the back of the car behind the bumper(which you'll see). So I made up a couple of brackets out of stainless. Down to cleaning up all the little stuff.

Finished off the exhaust hangers and moved onto the battery cover(more stainlessbiggrin). Picked up a small fire extinguisher and was going to mount it in the trunk but it fits under the hood on the bat cover, so might mount it there. Or does it look odd?? Should save me about 10 sec if I ever have an engine bay fire.

Don't do it. Not really a practical location if there is a under hood fire. There is a reason why people mount them inside the cabin or trunk of a car.

If you put it there you would have to paint it blue and run a small line to the intake biggrin

As Darryl said, not too practical under hood, would only be good if hood was already open. If you are opening the hood to a fire, you want the extinguisher in your hand already.

Strap it to the roll bar wink

Or put it in the trunk, that way it will be in Doug's hand when you let him out.biggrin

Yup,thought about it after I posted. Not much good if you can't get the hood open or the bat blows up. Maybe just lag bolt it to the console.wink

My two cent idea...mounting it in front or behind the driver's seat, between the rails.

Wouldn't be hard to make a bracket at the end of the rails using the seat bolts to hold the bracket.

Colour match some handy angle to the interior colours.Out of the way...not distracting to the interior.

Image result for fire extinguisher bracket between seat rails

Good idea George. Drivers seat is awful close to the floor and the stereo is under the pass seat. I'll see if there's enough room on D side.

Stereo is under pass seat....back to lag bolting it to console.wink Might be able to mount to heater box/firewall or in the trunk she goes. Just nice to be able to grab it quick if needed for me or another incident on the road.

Diff is done! Marked axle so if/when it comes out I can see how much twist it has from the new posi.biggrin Went out on the "R" plate and took her around the block....cop car at the first cornerhmm so couldn't get on it too muchcry. Running a bit ritch but once you cleared it out a bit....rocket! My miss mash brake system  worked well, just the right pedal feel. Tried to take a movie but the camera fell off the dash as soon as I punched it, good movie of the floor though.wink Next time I'll let Doug out of the trunk to hold the dang thing!(once hes finished his beer of course). Insurance then wheel alignment......should be good to go!!
