need help decoding my vin 1964 sd beaumont convertible

so here it is i'v had my car now goin on 8 years and i'v just now finally gottin around to doing some in depth investeganing and just as i thought all along i do have a true sd conv (8867) but what i can't seem to find out is how to decode the rest of my vin tag numbers ( paint, trim, date it was built and so on), so any help would be appreciated.

i built my car when i was 17 and there wasn't alot there so it's not stock (but not to far from it) numbers matching drivtrain. so as time goes on and i get older i am thinking of putting it back all factory.so my second qustion is do these cars seem to bring more money stock or hot rodded?

Your vin is in the drivers door jam

b70 is padded dash

M35 is powerglide auto

T86 is backup lights in bumper

U63 is radio with speaker

Check again Q is lagoon aqua, C is ermine white,  there is no O.

831475 is just a body order sequence # used at the factory Oshawa

985 is interior color i will guess black,  but have to look it up all the rest is just off the top of my head

If you post a pic of the data tag I'm sure we'll nail down the build date and paint.
