4 door Strato-Bench for use in a 2 door

I'm considering purchasing a Strato-bench from a 4 door.  What would be involved to make the seat backs fold for use in a 2 door?  It is 1967 model.  Thanks

RE: 4 door Strato-Bench for ise in a 2 door

There has been discussion on here whether or not it can be done. I am at work so can't take the time to search now but a year or two ago we had a lot of good info regarding that in a thread somewhere here.

I just read this post on another forum. Thought I'd put the info here in case anyone is pondering this conversion---

"Update. In changing over from a non folding front strato bench seat to a folding the difference is the outside hinge and seat back stops. A very simple change by simply making an outside hinge and modifying the seat back stop by the inner hinge along with adding the two rubber bump stops.
