1965 Beaumont paint and trim numbers to decode

I am trying to decode the paint and trim codes for a 1965 Beaumont and I am not having any luck finding the information.  I would appreciate it very much if one of the 'gurus' could direct me to the library where this information is available.  If not, the paint letter that I am looking to decode is 'S' and the trim code is '969' so if you could confirm what those mean that would be great.  However, I would really like to know where all of this decoding information is available.   Thanks, Ken

From the registry as an example....

Sept. 30th 1964     73867    V8      S     (969 saddle bucket) Alberta   link
#831043    Sport Deluxe conv.   M35   Sierra Tan/Top-10 white
B70 C06                           spot. sixtywagon

So, S would be Sierra Tan and the interior code would be #969, Saddle bucket.
