I bought this a couple years ago but never got around to using it. Asking $175 obo (I paid $200). Here are some pictures and the description from the rebuilder. 

This is a Rochester Q-jet carb # 7028213. Should be for a 1968 Chevrolet 327 or 350 engine and a manual transmission. It was also used on 1968 Chevy trucks with a manual trans. The carb has been completely rebuilt by Rogue Valley Carburetion in Eagle Point, Oregon. It features a new component kit with ethanol resistant components, a new float, primary throttle shaft bushings, and new filter. The carb still retains good original color for its age. No paint, no excessive bead blasting. The choke pull-off is used but tested good.
