66 Strato Chief

Here's a pic of my '66 Strato Chief and me from a road trip we made last summer, Ottawa to East coast and back.

No problems the entire trip.

Thinking about taking the Chief to Mt. Washington hill climb next month.

Nice to see the old girl survived   She was for sale several times back in the early 06-07     It will be the only one in the world now  (to be seen out in public)

Sweet ride, with a 6cyl, you can cruise forever!

Both still require a lot of work.

It needs a bit of work.
Clear coat peeling off and rust holes in bottom rear quarters.
A few interior trim items missing.

Nothing that stops it from being driven and enjoyed :)

Great trip Darryl, when you put that many miles on you have to really trust your car and when they are 48 yrs old that's a lot of trust. Nice going.
