Holley 1850 carb, manual choke, and is square bore.  If you want to install on a stock spreadbore manifold you'll need the adaptor.

..can tell by looking, but should state if it is a spreadbore or not.

He appears to be offline now, but...

It should be straight bore. As far as I've ever seen, all 1850 Holleys are straight.
