I've been looking around here for awhile, finally joined. I have a '68 Beaumont 2dr hardtop that I'm starting to restore. Doing all the sheetmetal replacement now, body is in rough shape, but frame is from down south somewhere and never had any rust, also previously restored. Original engine was a 307, being replaced with a 496 that I just finished building. Lots of info here for these cars that you can't find anywhere else. Chris.

Chris, a hardy welcome aboard from Milton, Ontario. My younger brother Mike had a 68 like yours. Back in the late 80's, that he converted to a 68 Chevelle SS. I know, i know, i did try to talk him out of it but he had a mind of his own. Good luck with your 68. Cheers. George.
