Many thanks to Ken Y. for shipping me a nice set of 66 Pontiac wheel covers I had wanted them for the spinners for my 15x8 Rally rims (as he has on his car)
He would not take any funds for the set...... what a guy.....
Interestingly! they are rare 396/427 covers! Not many know that the Big Block covers are balanced and have 16 attaching clips instead of 12!!!
In the attached photo you can see that the single spinner bar points and the side of the cover with the valve hole That for perfect balance

Carl, be careful. Years ago I bought a used set of those 4 my 427 speed car. I put them on and my valves would always float on full throttle 1/4 mile passes. I tore the engine down twice trying to find the problem and in the end I discovered one of the original clips on one of the wheel covers had been replaced with a small block wheel cover clip.
PS
Atta boy Ken, yet another CP'er is the recipient of your generosity.

Can't fool me !! I'm taking the covers to London Driveline to have them verifiy the clips and balance
