1974 455 Trans Am Cowl Tag help needed.

I have a original 1974 455 Trans Am.  It has a blue interior with white seats.  The trim tag reads

ST74 2FS87 N 127048BDY 
TR 206 A51 11 11 PNT 
01C WS4 BUE 
150439 

I can decipher most of it, but the 206 has me stumped and the BUE.  Any help would be great.

Wouldn't the BUE for blue interior or a blue trim ? Also there is another helpful site called Performance Years that may have answers ?
