Plugging away on various tasks. Almost done cutting and polishing the exterior. I received a call our interior guy will be ready in about 4 weeks to commence the interior work. So along with working on the pint some more I completed the rest of the carpet and floor sections
one more door and fender to do. Then we start assembly.

On the home stretch for cut and polish now. Only more quarter. Then some hazy areas to touch up and then its stage two and stage three police that are about 3-4 hours each step then Ill wax behind the areas that chrome will be assembled and start the build. i have some holidays coming up. I can hardly wait to start getting some bling on it.
I like your idea of the tarp on the hoist before you park the upper car. I hadn't thought of doing it that way. My Trans Am doesn't leak anything but the Strato Chief has a typical drippy old 283 in it and I need to always put something underneath the car when it's on top.
And that wagon just keeps looking better by the day.

We do it for several reasons. We have all the drip trays under the engine and transmission and one under the diff. But there is no doubt you collect sand and dirt when you drive so we dont want it coming down. Also we didn want the polish slurry flying up onto the bottom of the Impala
Finally got to put some jewellery on the car. My buddy with long skinn arms helped me put the impossible Parisienne emblem on the drivers side. So we put a couple others on while we were at in

Plugging away. As my wife said today... her princess now has her tiara on. Now I am working away getting the nose together and on. Something that has never been on since we have had the car.
