Due to having too many projects at once I am going to have to get rid of this car. It's a green with green Bonneville Brougham originally a 455 car but found out that despite what I was told when I purchased it, it has neither the original engine or a 455 in it; appears to be a 72 400 block. TH400 trans, power windows, power locks, air, tilt cruise, power trunk, 8 track player. Car is mostly complete, just missing a couple of trim pieces. Runs and drives, starts well, brand new brakes and rotors and master cylinder. Interior is in pretty decent shape, dash has a small piece missing out of the vinyl on the drivers side, couple of seat belts are ragged, and the headliner is falling down. Exterior has some rust above the rear wheels, previous repair damage on rear pass quarter, ding in pass front nose above bumper, warble in pass fender, hole in rear drivers quarter for what looks like an old antenna, and the trunk hinges were snapped so they have been removed to get welded up. Bought it with plans to restore off an older gentleman who had it in a barn for years, odometer shows 40k miles but I don't know how accurate it may be. Any other questions feel free to ask. Would like to get out of it what I put into it, feel free to offer. $2000. Located about 1-1/2 hours west of Saskatoon on the number 7.
Be interesting to know what the engine is, scrape the block on the passenger side above the water pump for the 2 letter code. XY or something like that.
Also the head code on the center exhaust port. 7k3 or 4x or something like that.
Will tell the application of the engine.

I like the sport steering wheel/column, also I wonder if those are the original 15x6 rally II wheels ? Like Clint said, It must have been real nice when new ...
Not sure on what all is original, only thing I have added to it is new brakes all around as it didn't stop at all when I bought it. Wheels do match paint color tho, so if not original then someone went to some effort to add them.

If I recall, those wheels are unique to a 70 Bonneville/Catalina/Executive. While I'm sure others would fit, the code was unique to 1970 full size cars. As Pascal knows, they're the 5 on 5" pattern.
Sorry for the delay, between work and a snowstorm I wasn't able to get near the car. The numbers on the block are 362092 yt and the head has 4x raised between the exhaust ports and I can't tell clearly but looks like maybe a 3? On the tab near the front stamped into it. Hope this is what you wanted!
