bought it for a winter car but don't need it now, had a new muffler installed and e-tested (passed) just 125,000 kilometers, runs and drives good, brakes feel good, newer michelin tires - would make a good winter beater/second car or ? asking $1200 Welland Ontario
my son had a 2000 LeSabre. Minimal maintence other then what was needed. Ran great. Even the AC still blew cold. Finally retired it at 350 K. Needed $1800.oo in suspension work !
no recent safety - I had a new muffler put on and e-tested it (passed) never got further, now the exhaust has a leak at the cat, brakes feel good, tires are recent, no holes in the body, drives good - shouldn't need much, make a good beater - I'd probably take $1000 from the right guy on the right day

Where's the rust? Doesn't look bad in the pics.
the rocker panels do actually show surface rust, but there are no holes, the muffler guy said the steel brake lines have been previously replaced and look sort of amatuer (whatever that means) anyway -- first person that shows up with $1000 cash preferably before Christmas can have it
Wish I could swing it. A $1000 car here in PEI looks like this:
At some point I need to get a second car. I drive the Toyota to work every day (only costs me $45/week in fuel for 600km) and my wife uses the Jeep. The Jeep is too old and quirky to drive all the time so something like the Buick would be great (except I'd drive it to work every day!).
