That's interesting. A six with a 4 barrel, and a converted 3 speed from the tree to the floor.

 I reverse looked up the guys phone number....he's a real estate agent......in Windsor.

The ad's address appears to be at the agent's office.

That should say a lot......Car was posted on November 25th 2014.

I wonder what the performance difference of a 4 barrel on a six cylinder would be?

Probably not much unless the ports have been cleaned up, a header installed etc.

 I went through that when I was 16........tried 4 different carb and intake combinations....(2 and 4bbls) on my stock 56 Ford 272 2bbl.........

It ran the BEST with the original carb and intake....

Just adding MORE carburation,without more cam and better exhaust actually slower it down....
