I really doubt that there actually is a 427 Chev big block under that hood. No way.

 maybe it's a tall deck out of a 5 ton?   OR maybe it's a L88 that was tucked under the shop bench?

there is I believe, a its a  78 or79 Parisienne  in London. 454 with a few performance toys. A nice 3 tone green original car; a well done car.
