Looks like it's in a "professional" body shop in background. Yes it needs work [stated twice in ad] but likely "more' than what's being said??? Looks like a V8 car by the emblems, & No price is a tell tale of 'they want too much"

Looks like they found more trouble than expected. Here's a tip If your selling a car. Put it together first or sell it as parts.
I suspect the price might depend on whether you want them to replace all the rusty panels...
Good point ... then it's priced as a 20,000+ dollar car with finishing, and paint, etc.

Generally speaking I don't reply to ads that have no price. Reason is the price is too high and usually the owner thinks because it's theirs it's worth more. Just looking for an ego boost or relying on their superb salesmanship to bilk you outta your cash.
Kijiji should take a lesson from Canadian Poncho and make it mandatory for a listing price.
