I have seen those exact hubcaps on 64 grand prix spinner and all. As a matter of fact I have only seen that hubcap with a spinner that I can think of. Most 64 GPs have 8 bolts but some that don't have had these

my '64 CS. Here are two pictures, one from my '64 CS and the other from a current ad on Ebay for a '64 Pontiac.

I like the look also but am tempted to put wider rims and tires.just not sure.
