Is the hood release and the receiver the same on a 63 Chevy 2 and a Beaumont?

Had a guy ask me last week if I had a hood release for a 63 Chevy 2.  Told him I had one for a Beaumont but am thinking they are probably different.  I am sure it won't take long for an answer.  Thanks.

I can check the parts book if you like but I don't believe any Acadian releases interchange with Nova until 1968.

The Nova/Chevy II are built by GM Chevrolet division....  

The Acadian Beaumont is a separate marque    

No way will they fit

i have been told 62 acadian and chevy 2 are the same

63 acadian and chevy 2 are the same

64 acadian is different from chevelle/beaumont

will see if i can find parts numbers

listed under section 8 FRONT END SHEET METAL TYPICAL
then in back section it lists\
part #
5730024 is 62
5730024 is 63/64
5737311 is 65
3392652 is 66/67
